We have a 350 in rf of our blue car with the wide front end. It seems like its to soft and doesnt get back over on the left rear. Curious on what everyones thoughts are on this how heavy or soft people are going with and having success. Thanks

we run a 375 with a medium spring rubber in it, about 410 on the spring rater. It allows the car to get down on the RF well without bottoming out the shock, got about a 1/4 inch till bottom out . car is a wide blue front with the upper a-arm mounted an inch higher(this also helps the car get on the RF easier while running the higher spring rate), works real well in all conditions, rough tracks can be tough but when aren't they! driver is a still gaining experience, but is usually a top five car .

Zeke- the wide RF requires extra mounts for the lower arm and shock mount, and ideally a sweet rack with double mounts for the tie rod( you could get away with just running a longer tie rod, a new rack is pricey but the right way to do it). you also need one inch spacers for the upper . we had to reclip the car last year and had Kelly Boen(he has a jig) do it with all the updates .

No need to buy a whole new rack to change from in to out, etc. You can buy just the end that has the two holes for each respective position, and install it on your existing sweet rack..

Rocket sells a nice kit that has everything in it to do the wide Rf on a blue front end car. it has a new 2 hole upper shock mount , upperA-arm mounts, lower bracket and mount, gussets, bolts, bushings, and a new 2 hole rack end. I put one on last winter there pretty easy to do if you take your time worst part is cutting the old shock mount off and getting the stuff lined up. if you put the wide deal on and go soft on rf spring your going to also need to get the steel bent RF tie rod.
