OK there might be something i am missing???? How are you supposed to bleed the nitrogen out of a non-schrader valve monotube shock before you pull it apart to repair it?

Depends on the shock but you might be missing the other hard part. How do you get it back in after you are done.

on some shocks they have a screw on on the top where you can bleed it out others do not and you would need a press built in order to rebuild them. this is not for the avg. joe.

if the shock is owner serviceable just call the mfg and ask for instructions. if it is not send it to a rebuilder.
