Ray Cook Promoted Tri-County Race Track Back in Action Friday July 29th

Everyone make plans to come out to Tri-County race track in Brasstown, NC this friday for some exciting action. Racing has been the best it's been in years at Tri-County Racetrack. Ray and his crew continue to do a phenomenal job this year.

Check with the track first because I'm not sure if this is still the case but Ray had previously stated that:

"Due to a high level of interest in recent weeks, if ten or more Crate Late Models show up this Friday, they will run separate from the Limited Late Models for the first time this year for $400 to win. If less than ten Crate Late Models are on the grounds, we will continue to run the Limiteds and the Crates together like normal. Either way, the Limited Late Models will run for $600 to win this Friday night."

Hope everyone comes out this friday and supports Ray Cook and Tri-County Racetrack.

Grandstand and pit gates will open at 5:00 p.m. on Friday July 29th, with the driver's meeting scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and racing at 8:00 p.m. Adult grandstand admission is $10.00, while Kids ages 6-12 is only $5.00. Pit admission is $22.00 for adults and $10.00 for Kids ages 6-12. Small children under the age of 5 will be admitted into the grandstands and pit area for free. In addition to the Super Late Models, the Limited/Crate Late Model, Interstate Welding Modified Hobby, Street Enduro, and Pony classes will also be in competition at Tri-County.

Wish List:

I doubt he will but it sure would be nice to see Brent Dixon make another apperance at Tri-County this Friday in SLM. He has been twice and was tough both times and he's running great at Toccoa this season.

Hopefully David Payne will be back this week in action at Tri-County as he's been running good every where he goes as of late just had a little bad luck.

Also hope that Danny Ledford and Shawn Chastain have their motor's fixed so they can get back in action.

Would be exciting to see Shannon Beardon return in the Limited/Crate class its just a matter of time until he takes a win.

Shannon Bearden will be out of town this weekend, he deserves a win up there soon though, since he was just flat out wrecked in his last 2 appearances up there! haha Im not sure if he plans on coming back before then, but I know he's planning on coming back for the Labor day race Superman.
