604 rocker arms

If one wanted to put different rockers on a 604 for some added power when running with open-motor competition, would a 1.6 rocker work okay?

1.6's are legal for ASA Pavement engines. Depending on engine condition and power output they are worth 7-11HP and 200-300rpm's. Might cost you 10ft/# on bottom.

Almost anything you do to an engine is a trade off.

What other things can you do to make more power that can be undone at later date.
Rockers 1.6
Valve springs ?? what type?
Anything else?

Fuel changes and additives can be a big gain if you know what you are doing or you have a good source.
I also like adding an alternator and a spare battery and running an electric fan. Most folks on here don't agree but it is almost 25RWHP. If ARCA cars can do it on Dirt at 800hp why cant a crate or Super???
