Jason Pack engine found legal after protest Friday night at Cleveland County Speedway.
All parties met at 10:00 Monday morning as the engine was being torn down. Everyone present agreed the engine was indeed legal.
The fuel is also under protest. That has been sent to the lap awaiting results.
Tire samples were also taken pending lap results.
Those will be anounced asap.
