would reversing the front springs from 550 lf toRf and 350 rf to lf help in loosening up entry

also what about changing lr 250 rr 225 flopping them also

any ideas if this would help on a slick banked track

The fronts will, but not usually the way to go...need more info.

i wouldnt take as big of swing as that at it, you might try going from a 350 to like a 400. we run a 1/4 mile slick banked track a few times a year and we go from a 375 to a 425 and it makes a big difference.

Putting the 250 on rr will make the car tighter getting in corners , if your tight under braking getting in ? Check the rf brake caliber for sticking you can also lower the spring rate on lf corner to free enter. Even increasing bite will loosin car up getting in.

Keep the 550 on the LF and go stiffer on the RF, maybe as high as 425 on sticky track and then down to 400 or 375 when it gets dry like rubbinsracin mentioned.

yes 550 on the RF will def loosin up entry. but i wouldnt suggest doing it run a spring on the rf that keeps the rf about 1/4in from bottoming out and find another way to loosen entry. maybe try raising RR bottom bar or add wedge if you need it or maybe index LR. or you maybe to stiff on RF if the track is real slick an not letting the RF stick. is the car not wanting to turn or is the front end pushing.
thanks,

theory is correct but, is it tight on entry on or off throttle.. this will make a differance . We softened for looser corner entry on throttle.. It worked
