Jamaica, VA – As part of the USA 100 event the speedway has announced it will also host on Saturday September 17th a $3000 to win 30 lap event for open modifieds. Officials have looked at AMRA, TSMA, UMP, IMCA and NDRA rules packages and have come up with the following rules for the event:

• 8” E-Mod Tires only. Goodyear, American Racer and Hoosier.
• 383 cid or less – 2400 lbs post race. Aluminum head 383 cid or less 2450lbs post race. Above 383 cid car must weigh 2450 post race.
• 383 cid or less permitted 10” spoiler if not hooked to sail panel. 6” if hooked to sail panel.
• 383 cid and above permitted 8” spoiler if not hooked to sail panel. 5” if hooked to sail panel.
• No aluminum blocks allowed.
• Steel wheels with beadlock permitted. No aluminum wheels.
• All VMS General Rules will apply.
Clarification - Any 2bbl or 4bbl carburetor permitted

The purse for the Mod Madness 30 lap feature will be: 1. $3,000; 2. $1,750; 3. $1,400; 4. $1,200; 5. $1,100; 6. $900; 7. $800; 8. $700 9. $600; 10. $500; 11. $475; 12. $450; 13. $355; 14. $295; 15. $290; 16. $285; 17. $280; 18. $275; 19. $270; 20. $265; 21. $ 260; 22. $255; 23- 26 $250.

There will be a $50 entry fee and pit passes will be $30. Raceceievers and AMB / My Laps transponders are required. If you do not own them they can be leased for the event
