alm block./ set up for 5 stage pump. comes with carb too! Verry nice, just needs freshened up.

what kind of power and torque does it put out?

not sure on the power / torque. I know Brian said it pulls hard. I'm sure pro power would have the specs on an 18* 430. This motor has only been serviced by them.
