CARTERSVILLE, GA – Pike County Speedway in McComb, MS has signed on for the 2012 NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series season. Pike County Speedway returns to the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series after being a part of the series during the 2006 through 2009 seasons.

Weekly crate late model drivers at Pike County Speedway will compete for both a track and national point fund by competing at Pike County Speedway. Drivers will race for National points through a points system against drivers at other NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series tracks throughout the country.

“Mississippi has always been a stronghold for the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series since the series inception in 2006, and were excited to have Pike County Speedway back in the fold,” NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Director Roby Helm said. “Pike County Speedway is a great facility and we’re looking forward to working with the new track promoter Jonathan Dunning, his staff and competitors during the 2012 racing season.”
