Early End to Millers Night at 7th Annual Bama Brawl, Thunderhill’s Topless Brawl Up Next

Lynchburg, TN (9/21/2011)- Daniel Miller entered the 7th Annual BAMA BRAWL at North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, AL) over the weekend in the D&D Motorsports, KUNTZ Powered, GRT chassis this past weekend, where he had a brush with the wall ending his chances for a Bama Brawl title.

Miller returned to North Alabama for the second week in a row, where he came off a solid third place finish the prior week’s regular racing event, setting him up to have a strong showing for the Bama Brawl. Miller would go out and have a strong qualifying effort, just outside of the top contenders that would lock in the show on time. Miller would start on the pole position of his heat race along side of Tennessee Native, David Earl Gentry. Miller and Gentry brought the field to the green flag and Miller would race for the top spot, but a wet track would hamper Millers efforts to get by Gentry for the heat race win. Miller would finish second in his heat behind Gentry and earn a 13th starting spot for the7th Annual BAMA BRAWL.

Millers started out strong in the feature for the first couple laps, gaining a few positions from his 13th starting spot. But the trend that had started out earlier in the day before Miller even reach the track would strike again, as Miller made contact with the front stretch wall causing damage to the GRT chassis. Miller exited the speedway and would end the nights effort to make a run at the Bama Brawl title. Miller finished in the 22nd position.

Daniel Miller and the D&D Motorsports team will be making a trip over to Thunderhill Raceway (Summertown, TN) this Saturday September 24th, 2011 for its Topless Brawl paying $4000 To-Win.

Fans make sure to get your new Daniel Miller T-Shirts, they will be for sale this weekend at the teams trailer.
