Sounds like someone put a wide rearend in it. Most cars run a 60" rear. You don't have to run nerf bars. IMCA rules say the tires have to be widest part of car on right side, RR can't be under body. Even the nerf bar has to be inside the tire. Left side you can be an inch inside the body or nerf bar if you run one.
Also that 66" is measured at the deck. You can bow the doors and quarters out as long as the tires are the widest part on the Right side.

i mesured the rear end and its 60'' the right rear beadlock rim only has 2 inch back space, should i use a rim with 4 in back space to get the tire closer to car? does all the rims back space have to be the same? such as the left front and left back and the right front and the right back or is each wheel have diff back space??? thanks!!!

no set rules on offset. I run 2" everywhere except RR. I switch between a 3 and a 4 on RR depending on conditions.
