Brad Lowe of Knoxville won the final leg of the Fall Rumble at Tazewell Speedway on Saturday night. Jason Trammell led most of the way until he found trouble late in the running. Fultz inherited the lead, but had to hold off Brad Lowe in the final laps and appeared to take the win. Fultz was declared illegal after the race and Lowe was declared the winner.
