Ronny Lee Hollingsworth Tops Deuces Wild for $5k Payday

Northport, Alabama (10/10/11) –Ronny Lee Hollingsworth continued his late season surge over the weekend by piloting his #18 Flynn Motorsports/ Warrior/Clement Racing Engine Super Late Model to the $5,000 win in the 2nd Annual Deuces Wild.

The team traveled to Jones Motor Speedway (Chatham, Louisiana) over the weekend for the 2nd Annual Deuces Wild event, and the trip would pay dividends as Hollingsworth raced his way to the $5,000 win. On Friday night, twenty-six Super Late Models entered the event, and after starting sixth in his heat he would advance to a second place finish. Via passing points he earned the pole position for Saturday night's feature with Ray Moore joining him on the front row. As the race went green Hollingsworth bolted to the lead, and once out front he would never relinquish the top spot as he led every lap to claim the win over Brett Frazier, Ray Moore, Chad Dupont, and Allen Tippen. The win was his fourth of the 2011 season. Full results are available at www.JonesMotorSpeedway.com.
