we have 2 sets of afco m2 shocks (8 shocks total)that we ran on our rayburn. both sets are in great working order and complete with spring cups, adjusters etc. two shock protectors are included. All have been recently checked/freshened and race ready. one set was used only twice this season. we are asking 1400 per set or 2500 for both sets which includes shipping. 36latemodel@gmail.com or 815-848-1241

How many shocks are in a "set"? Are these 8" and 6"?

One set is a Captain Kirk slick track set, non-adjustable fixed valving.

The other set is a standard fully adjustable rebound/comp set. LR shock has a new body this season from where it rubbed through before adding shock protectors. It also has a new rod end/adjuster/bearing from when we got hit once.

We ran shock protectors on both left sides. The right sides never rubbed.

All shocks have been dyno'd and checked and are in good working order.

Why are you selling them ? We run a RAYBURN & use konis never tried any other shocks . Are they better than konis on a rayburn ?

Well ill type this again as my first reply didnt go. Yes they were vastly better than the konis. Our qualifying not only improved but our heat race as well. With being able to change any setting according to track conditions, it made the car way easier to drive and handle as well as making the car hook up. We are switching to a pierce car so shock length and package is different. It would cost us quite a bit to change them to work correctly with a pierce so we plan to buy the advanced shock package to go with the car. Again though they were night and day different as we had run his konis and the bilstein package too. No comparison for sure and the afco guys are very helpful

picked up probably .1-.2 on qual times. They've got a large gas well to them, so you can get better response out of them than the konis. just a much more smooth shock, and gives you some fine tuning flexibility based on track conditions. Afco's setup guide is very helpful and easy to follow.
