RAIN SHORTENS NIGHT TWO OF U.S. STEEL DTWC
Full Late Model Schedule slated for tomorrow
Waverly, OH; Rain once again disturbed the U.S. Steele Dirt Track World Championship Presented by Sunoco. Rain Showers delayed the Modified portion of Friday’s activities on 3 occasions and finally halted the nights racing just after completion of the final Modified B’ Main.
With a good weather forecast for the final night of racing and 90 Late Models signed in, the schedule for tomorrow’s running of the 31st Annual U.S. Steel DTWC will be; Gates open at Noon, Hot laps will be at 4pm followed by Late Model Qualifying, Heats, B’ Mains, Jim Dunn Memorial non-qualifiers race, a 30 Lap Modified feature and the 100 lap Late Model DTWC main event sanctioned by The Lucas Oil Late Model Series.
A good selection of tickets remain, they will go on sale when the ticket office at the speedway opens at noon. Saturday ticket pricing will be $40 general Admission, $45 reserved, Children 7-12 $10 and Pit Passes $50. So make your plans to come out and see some of the best Dirt Track action of the season at the U.S. Steel DTWC presented by Sunoco at K-C Raceway
