Matthew Turner of Dawsonville, GA is currently third in the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series point standings and will be looking to extend his streak of wins at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS for the 5th Annual Gumbo Nationals on November 3-5. Turner has two career NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series wins, both coming at Greenville Speedway - the first in 2009 and the second in 2010. Turner, known as the "Ironman" of the NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS, will be looking to compete in his 121st consecutive NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS event at the Gumbo Nationals. Jeremy Shaw of Millport, AL will be looking for his third straight NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Tour Pole Award this Friday night during Qualifying for the $3,000-to-win 5th Annual Gumbo Nationals at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS.
