What is the best situation to use this? What does it do for the car? What kind of track is it best suited for? Thanks

It is best on slow slick tight corners.It will wreck you in the rough, and you will constantly have to send it back to get it freshened (every few races) I ran one and it worked good, but it is too much work and money to try and run one all the time, and in every gear assy.
