Mastersbilt Rack Plate Slots

On a 5010 Smackdown, the plate that the rack and pinion bolts to has slots. Is there a spec to set it left to right, or is it just driver preference on how far to make it turn right or left? Centered or all the way to one side? Thanks.

mine is set all the way to the left "driver side". Im not sure if its right or wrong but thats where it is. I can also say that the bolts are a good thing to check every week "tightness". Its a handfull when your rack is moving around while racing!!!:eek:
