Looking to get opionions on what is the best carb/intake should be used on a 383 IMCA Mod motor. Currently using a Holley 650 w/ a Victory Jr. intake. Motor is run on 1/4 to 3/8 mile race tracks turning up to 7500rpm. My plans are to get a 750 carb, just not sure which brand I should go with??

Im running a 383, dart alum heads and use a super victor intake with proform 750 circle track carb... Im sure there are better setups, but I'm a budget racer and the proform was more inexpensive than a holley hp. It has the billet throttle plate, metering blocks, lightened main body and bowls, plus has the wedge type floats. A good package, and was a bolt on application for me. I never messed with the jets that proform installed. Most times I had trouble getting all the power down...
