I have recently converted a car i work on to a 4 bar lr behind setup and was wondering what rate shocks people would recomend for infront and behind .this type of suspension is new to most of the cars we race with as all our cars are built with sprintcar suspension. any help would be appreciated

It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
It also depends on how much bar angle you have and the length of your bars.
What are you using for spring?
What are you using for lateral support of the rear end?
Most late model guys are trying to get the RF pinned and the LR hiked up to generate rear steer and forward drive in the LR due to the dynamic bar angles. This typically calls for a soft rebound and stiff compression shock behind the LR birdcage. Many folks also run a shock in front of the LR birdcage with 0 rebound and high compression. High gas pressure can also be used for certain applications. But like I said, it really depends on what you are trying to get the car to do.
