Which chassis would be best for a locked down track that needs to be driven like asphalt ?

Honestly any chassis will work you just have to work on them from my experience the smackdown cars are the way to go they are a good free car.

One with a stiff front bumper so you can move people out of that rubber :-)
In all honesty, most every car can be freed up for locked down/rubbered up conditions.
Trail the RR, take drive out of the LR, raise j-bar at the pinion, etc.
