We ran a 2007 Dw11 this last year and loved it. Here is what i can remember what we had.

Springs
650 750
225 175 (250 lb driver)

Bar angles

LRU 28 RRU 14
LRL 7 RRL level

short pull bar at about 22 degrees

even up on lead/trail

BSB shocks (worth the money)

Make sure your LRT rod ends up at about 45 degrees at full extension

Left rear is floated with spring behind and shock in front, right rear is spring in front shock behind

Try run about 80-100 lbs of bite with you in the car

If there is anything else let me know

Ok i forgot to mention that my car is 4bar on the left side and 3bar on the right side. Lr spring is in the back and the shock is in the front. Rr spring is on the housing and shock is in the front. Can i still used the setup you gave me or should i change to 4bar 4bar. I am a new driver so i would like to keep it simple but still be fast. Our track usually is heavy early in the year and drys out in the summer.

Ive never had anything other than a 4 bar both sides car. So i wouldnt really know if the setup would be the same, those numbers are for 4 bar. I think 4 bar is the way too go, you can really tune them in. Good luck

I haven't ran a dw11 but have ran that 4-2 set up and those springs will be close, maybe a 700 on rf, otherwise give it a try. You running a short panhard bar?Good luck.

Yes, with the spring behind lr, that will work fine. Good luck.
