How much lr drop do most people use? 13 1/2- 13 3/4

if you wanted to add more forward drive which way should you go on the 5th coil up on spring psi.

How much pinion angle do most people use??

My understanding is that Rocket suggests something more like 13.25" or less.

5th coil rate will have to be matched to the gear choice, engine, and driver. A stiffer spring loads up more quickly. This may give you more instant drive or may shock your tires. You have to experiment and see what works for you.

6 degrees of pinion angle is pretty common. There is no magic there for traction, if that is what you are thinking.

Its always been my experience that a stiffer spring overall will provide more traction. However, with that said a stiffer spring may be more difficult to get it to initially hook up. A softer spring rate most of the time will be easier to hook up but overall will yield less traction.

We keep our stuff between 13.5" and 13.75" for most conditions. If you are some place that is REALLY hooked up and you need to calm the car down you can reduce this measurement to calm the car down.

By any chance are you struggling with forward drive in an 09-11 combo front car in the slick?

why yes we are, it seems hard to keep forward drive in it on the gas? when its good its the fastest thing around but it seems very difficult to hit it perfect come late in the night?
