sport mod motor help

needing to build a sport mod motor. it has to be stock intake 4212 holley carb, no more than 390 cubic inch motor. Hydraulic cam and it must pull 15 inches of vacum at 1000 rpm's . And no 4-7 swap cams allowed. So any help on what stock intake and cam shaft would be great thanks for looking!!!

Intake-Any cast iron or aluminum intake. No porting or enlarging inside of intake or
gasket matching. No Bowtie, VORTEC, SVO or W2, marine or other special
production intake manifolds.
 No intake manifold to cylinder head spacers allowed.

This is straight from SOS website. So you can run any intake except those listed. The Power Plus intake is supposed to work well...
