last year the "raceivers" were made manditory at our track. I can't stand the ear buds that come with them and i have also tried the orange foam plugs witht the holes through them which worked better for me, but i would really like to seal off all the noise. I have seen some pic's of guys who use those molded looking ear pieces. They look kind of custom made. Can anyone give any suggestions of where to look for some good ear pieces for the raceivers??? Thanks!

Check with your ear doctor.
I went in for a hearing check, mostly for the heck of it, was curious how bad I was. Oddly enough, I wasn't terrible, but that's another story.

After the exam he made a mold of my ears, then I ordered a cheap pair of earplugs with the speaker thing in em, and also a pair of regular ear plugs. I believe the total bill was around $300 (for the exam, and ear plugs), not cheap, but wasn't too terrible either.

I wear earfuze they are not the toughest in the world so have a backup plan just in case.
also when you are molding them to your ear remember to not get them too thick because with your helmet on it will be pushing them against your head and can be an issue if too thick.

after some trial and error they worked well for me. this year I think I will drop the $ and get some through my ear doc.
