2012 World of Outlaws Late Model Series Rookie of the Year contender Billy Moyer Jr. of Batesville, AR joined Dirt Cast to talk about his 2011 season, his run at the Wild West Shootout, running for World of Outlaws Rookie of the Year, why he chose the Outlaws, working on his soft tire program, his biggest challenge he will face on the road, looking forward to the first race at Screven Motor Speedway, trying to get his dad to run the whole tour and his expectations.
