First, you'll want to dedicate half a season to getting used to driving with the floater. If you don't like it, just take all the angle out of the floater bar.

Second, you'll have to work on chassis setups to get the car to work with the floater. Sometimes, the setup you run works fine with the floater, other times you'll be way too tight.

If you find yourself riding the brakes a lot right now, you should be ok. Just remember that you can manipulate the race car many different ways with that floater on there.

Advantages VS Clamped up... I don't see it being a game changer anymore. The cars work good enough that you can go just as fast without one.

Agree with GRT12X. Our driver likes car both ways. Uses floater more when on short tracks. Otherwise we flatten out floater bar.

So if the floater bar is parallel to the ground it donesnt affect the chassis? It seems with the range of motion the floater will affect it no matter what?

With it flat it has a lot less influence on the chassis.

If your looking to try one I have one for sale for $80. It's a BSB bearing floater not ran very much at all.
