Looking for ideas on how to mount my radiator. Any input is welcome. Thanks

This is going to be tough to explain with out pictures... but here goes.

On the bottom I build a piece of channel out of doubled up body aluminum, make it either just wide enough the radiator sits in it, or narrow enough it fits inside the bottom channel of the radiator. I mount this to a piece of alum or steel bolted on tabs on the frame.

the top, I run alum strap, same stuff you use to support the body, from the bar that goes across the front of the motor. Go from there over to the radiator, then bend a 90 down so it goes down the front of the radiator a bit, then kick the end of the strap out at a 45 deg angle or so. Across the back of the radiator I rivet a piece of alum angle that goes across the radiator to hold it between that and the bends.

On the front, drill a couple holes, stretch some bungee cords from the bottom up to the top pieces to hold it down in the car. You could use some all thread or something, but this setup has been through some pretty nasty wrecks and it's never moved or fell out.

*edit* found a few pix, doesn't really showcase what I'm trying to explain, but might help give you some ideas...
