We got to 2250 with a 604 crate but 2300 is a low weight for an iron block car to get the numbers right.

If it is a dart block and 2 inch car; you are going to be right at 2350 if you put every other part on the car on a diet. It is very expensive to lose those 50 pounds with lightweight components. radiator, and dry sump lines to move the tank. It can be done. I think the 50 pounds heavy aslo help sometimes when the track slicks off. We have that combo and it will be at 2350 to 2400 pounds.
how heavey should a masterbilt way in with a 280 pound driver steel motown block engine.aluminum headed though.
thats a 2 inch round tube 2006 mastersbilt

JJRT would bet you would have trouble geting under 2450, I had a 06 1 3/4 roundtube with a bowtie block and aluminum heads was about 2380 at 55% rear and I weigh right at 200.
