he Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series is finally glad to announce..."The GM-CT525 Crate Engine is now legal for use by raceteams competing during the scheduled events for the series. Series CEO Randy McCoy has been in communication with GM for almost a year and a half, trying to get this engine legalized. McCoy on behalf of the Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series wants to thank "GM" & "City Chevrolet" for making this possible.
McCoy also said due to the series not having the proper tools and equipment to check this engine with, we can not allow it for our first event during the upcoming Georgia Winter Nationals. We will be releasing more info on this. Anyone wanting more info on this engine can click on the link below. This engine will also be available to raceteams through the Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series.
