The Legendary Toccoa Speedway.....The Oldest & Fastest High Banked 5/16 Mile Clay Tri Oval on the Planet!!............Will be invaded by the....."Men Of Steel".....The most Popular Traveling Dirt Late Model Series in the South East. The Franklin North Carolina based "Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series" will be making their first visit to the Toccoa Speedway during the early part of the (2012) Season. This event dubbed as "The Georgia Winter Nationals" will take place on March, 9th~10th~&~11th.
C.E.O. & Founder of the (SLMSS) Randy McCoy stated that the Series always looks forward to their visits to the Toccoa Speedway and this visit will be their first running in conjunction with the "Fastrak Racing Series at this legendary facility. McCoy also stated that Fastrak and himself have worked together very well in the past and we are expecting this event to be one of the best this Season.
The FASTRAK Racing Series along with Toccoa Speedway and the Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series will come together For the first time in the history these 3 Georgia racing stalwarts to produce a huge winter months spectacular. The Georgia Winter Nationals will feature a $5000 to win event for the FASTRAK Pro Late Models along with a $3000 to win show for the Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series. Also on the card will be the Modified Street, the Street Stock 4 Cylinder and the Front Wheel Drive divisions who will each be gunning for a $500 to win increased purse.
Friday night, March,9th the track will be hosting an open practice session from 6 to 9 PM EST. On Saturday March,10th the action gets underway early with gates opening at 10 AM, Drivers Meeting at 12 Noon and racing beginning PROMPTLY at 1 PM. All 5 classes will each qualify and run heat races during the Saturday program. Sunday March,11th will be Georgia Winter Nationals Championship Day. All 5 classes will run last chance qualifiers (as needed) and compete in their feature event. Along with a nice payday all 5 winners will take home a 5 foot tall Georgia Winter Nationals Champion’s trophy.
Admission prices for all three days will be as follows:

Grandstands – FREE / Pit Pass - $10
(Saturday)
Grandstands - $18 / Pit Pass - $25
(Sunday)
Grandstands $18 / Pit Pass - $30.
"Kids under 12 are FREE all 3 days".
Grandstand patrons can also stop in and pick up $3 off coupons in multiple locations including Quality Foods in Toccoa, SWIFTCO Supply in Elberton, the FASTRAK Corporate Office in Carnesville and McDonalds in Lavonia. The coupon is good for $3 off of admission in the "GRANDSTANDS ONLY" on Saturday and Sunday. The coupons can also be found in other locations around the Toccoa / Lavonia / Elberton / Carnesville area as well. “We want to encourage all the race fans to stop in and get coupons at these locations.
