Do you require/desire lateral gas ports in the top ring lands of your pistons? Contact Darwin Christensen, (801)554-2600, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has a very special piston 'jig' he built for his milling machine to install gas ports in pistons & other operations. You might also ask him about modifying valve reliefs, milling piston crowns, milling the sides of the big/small ends of rods, and other machining tasks. He has quite the little shop for machine work. And tell him Dave Carpenter referred you. Darwin has performed a lot of work for my engine efforts over many years. In my opinion, his prices are certainly reasonable. -Dave-
