The Legendary Toccoa Speedway~~The Oldest & Fastest 5/16 Mile, High Banked Clay Oval on the Planet!!!!! Will be getting the "2012" Race Season underway Saturday Night March,17th. The opening of the "2012" Season at the High Banks of Toccoa brings excitement into the minds of all Toccoa Speedway race Fans. A lot of work has been done by new management to make the Speedway one of the best around.
A new chain link fence and scoring tower along with new guardrail in turns 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 and the racing surface has been revamped with over 100 loads of new clay. The Toccoa Speedway will feature (8) action filled division of racing for your viewing pleasure. These divisions will include~~ The Lightning Quick Limited Late Models~~The Fastrak Pro Late Models~~The Unpredictable Hobby~~Modified Street~~Pure Stock V/8~~Street Stock 4Cyl~~The Rookie 4Cyl's~~and the Front Wheel Drive divisions.
The Limited Late Models will headline saturdays program with a $1,000 to win feature event. The Limited Late Model will qualify to determine the line up for their respective feature. Latemodel Sportsman will compete under Southeastern Latemodel Sportsman Series Rules. any and all rules for the Late Model Sportsman can be viewed at www.southeasternlatemodels.com
The Fastrak Pro Late Models will compete in a $800 to win feature event. Fastrak Pro Late Models will also qualify to set the field for their feature event. Any and all rules and info on the Fastrak racing series can be viewed at www.fastrakracing.com
Other Divisions will draw and run heat races depending on car count. These divisions include~Hobby~~Modified Street~~Pure Stock V/8~~Street Stock 4Cyl~~Rookie 4Cyl's~~and the Front Wheel Drive. Toccoa Speedway rules will apply for each divisions.
Gates will open @ 5pm / Drivers Meeting @ 6:45pm / Hot Laps @ 7pm
