Feger, Pierce, Moonman, Walden headline the Illini 100 kickoff party at Bob Evans in Champaign on Tuesday, March 27th.

With Farmer City Raceway and Bob Evans collaborating to start the season off with a bang, a kickoff party was created. The Illini 100 will draw cars from all over the United States and on March 27th some of the cars that plan to attend will be at the Bob Evans in Champaign IL from 4-8pm. Among them will be local favorites Jason Feger, Bobby Pierce, Jim Moon, Chris (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word), and Donny Walden. And with a few others that are likely to attend, this is sure to get fans geared up for an exciting weekend at the Farmer City Raceway.

Other local favorites joining us for the kickoff party, who also plan to run the weekend of the Illini 100 and throughout the whole 2012 Farmer City race season include: Rod Rusher, Greg Osman, David Henderson, Timmy (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word), Darrell (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word), Dave Slade, Nate Mcneese, Steve Kenan, Travis Thrasher, and Ryan Cary just to name a few.

Everyone is welcome to bring their cars, showcase them and their sponsors before they hit the track and start the season.

Free fun is planned for the entire family at the kickoff party including autograph sessions with your favorite driver, pictures, new merchandise to purchase from Jason Feger and other teams, door prizes, giveaways, 50/50 drawing, and much more. Not only will children be treated to the cars, but they will also be getting free meals on this night.

The cars in attendance have a few things to look forward to as well. Three awards are going to be given out at the end of the night; a trophy awarded to the best overall looking car, a trophy for the Bob Evans guest pick, and also a trophy to the race team that traveled the farthest to attend. On behalf of Bob Evans and Jeff Hammer and the entire Farmer City Raceway we hope you come out to enjoy.
