We always mark the outside of the wheel well about 1/4in and then take a set of small pliers and bend down a little at a time. Takes about 5 min but you have to be very careful not to bend too far on the first bend or it will make a wrinkle effect.

We cut a piece 3/4 pipe in half and about an inch long and welded them to an old set of vice grips works great

I took a head bolt from a 3tc toyota, used a sawzall and cut a groove down the middle of the threads. Just 1/2 to 3/4 and use it to roll the edge. Then use a big rubber hammer and tap it flat. Works great for me

Take two pieces of 1 inch flat alm drill a 1/4 hole at each end of it make it about 5 inches long put one hole 1/2 inch from the end use 1/4 bolt and lock nut to ajust it to fit over alm works better than anthing you can use and very easy round corners of flat alm no marking needed bolt stops it from going to far in and its fast to use

We just put two pieces of .040 scrap aluminum in the jaws of an old pair of pliers and welded them shut so the throat is only 1/2" deep. Then I cut my wheelwells 1/2" bigger. Then all you have to do is shove the pliers in until they bottom out and work your way around the wheel opening the first time and fold up about 45 degrees. On the second pass fold to a little past 90 degrees. Then just flatten out with a deadblow plastic hammer.

I use an easy edger but i saw a guy use a Harbor Freight bead roller with the rollers that came with it. He tapped down the edge the rest of the way when he was done and I was happy to see that it was totally acceptable.

Hey guys how about a way that is ALOT easier than all of then, and i'll take this over a ez edger....Hammer and Dolly. I do every wheel well opening here at Warrior race cars that way, make for a nice 1/4 hem and you don't have the marks form pliers or scratches from the EZ edger.

I never thought of a hammer and dolly. As long as you don't hit too hard I think you could do it. If you can do a good job on a automotive doorskin I think you would be good.
