Hey Guys,
I'm buying a barrel of alcohol in the next couple of days. This is the first barrel I've ever bought as I usually get it at the track. Well, I usually put small amounts of my top lube in my fuel jugs and then pour it in to the cell. The top lube says it treats 55 gallons, so can I just pour it in the barrel and if I do that do I need to stir the barrel before I pump fuel? Kind of a silly question, but I just don't know if it all sinks to the bottom or not. Thanks for your help,
Armond.

Yep, just dump it in the barrel and mix it up a little. Once it is mixed it won't separate.

when you pick up the drum just put the top lube in there and the drive home should mix it up good.

That what we do when someone pick up alky here at our shop . Keep your drum up of the floor .

Why do you keep it up off the floor?

It will get cool and hot and condinsate in the barrel, Alcohol LOVES water.

Yeah, that makes sense. I just went out and built a pallet to put it up on. It's been on the floor for a few days but I think it's ok. Thanks for the help guys.
