Am i right or wrong ? You get the most posible ackermam with the steering arms 90* to the snout !!!

You're not completely wrong. It will have more then some situations but less then others.

(Assuming front steer car and some forward angle to the tie rods running from the rack to spindle)

Having the tie rod inboard of 90 degrees will reduce the steering of that wheel when turned out board.

Having the tie rod outboard of 90 degrees will increase the steering of that wheel when turned out board.

Typically on a LM, the RF is more outboard then the LF. None of the major LM manufacturers spindles are 90 degrees, they are all outboard of 90 to some degree. Typically about 1/4" on LF and 5/8" on the RF as an overall average.

Steering arm length will effect Ackerman also! A lot have a shorter LF steering arm then the RF, this creates Ackerman when turning left but make the car toe in when turning right. When do these cars turn left anymore, is the question?
