Bert Gen 2 Fill Question

When filling a Bert GenII trans, do I fill it the same way as a GenI? 1/2" below the side plug? I can't find the info anywhere on their site. The plug seems much lower on the GenII than the GenI. Thanks.

I fill mine until it is level with the hole in the side.. The new style takes less than a quart (approx 3/4 of a quart) to fill.....
