CARTERSVILLE, GA – Competitors are reminded that mufflers are required on all race cars competing in the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring Division races this weekend at Albany Motor Speedway in Albany, GA. Albany Motor Speedway will host a pair of NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring Division races – Rounds 4 and 5 of 2012 season – this Friday night at Saturday night. The Friday night event will be 40 laps paying $2,000-to-win and the Saturday night race will be 50 laps paying $2,500-to-win.
Each night, gates open at 4 p.m. with NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Registration and Pre-Race Technical Inspection from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Drivers Meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. with racing scheduled for 7 p.m. There will be a complete show each night for the NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS with Qualifying, B-Main Races, and the main events.
