Tore down customers motor today for seal problem, noticed the burn pattern on the pistons was very uneven.3 and 4 were 95% #2 was 70% #1 was 25%. #1 is running way lean.Any ideas?Another customer thinks this is same carb he sold because of tunning problems.Engine has mild hyd head.KB pistons, running race gas.I have not checked the jet sizes yet.Need to get this thing balanced out before he melts a piston.

I believe the head was milled .100,108 race gas,.460 hyd cam.Rookie driver, not a lot of hard use yet.Engine ran fine with motorcraft carb,he was told he would be faster with the Weber carb so it was installed when the engine was freshened.Carb sits sideways (throttle shaft towards back of engine )Just looking for ideas, jet sizes, etc.

what Weber! a carb setting on a open common manifold may not be the source of the lack of fule on one cylinder

its a 32/36 and its just like a four barrel as the trottle picks up the second barrel/36 side kicks in its a good carb just have to get it jetted right cause the second barrel is timed with the trottle
