Mystery Mustang Rear End

Can anyone tell me what year mustang or any Ford that came with this rear end? All i know about it has an 8 bolt square differential cover instead of the 10 bolt I see everywhere else. Our rear Diff cover is leaking because of the rust and its almost like there is no information on this thing. It has 3.08 gears and came with a ton of parts bought out from another race team. Thanks any info is appreciated.

that is the 6 3/4" rearend

This came in a fox body? Ours is currently in our mini stock. There is no ID tag, just a perfectly square pumpkin with 8 holes

yes it came in a fox body...along with the 7.5" and 8.8"

Yeah sounds like the 6.75 hope you can find a cover for it I had to build one for mine
