If i was to lift the shock mounts up on the birdcage what affects would this have on the car ?

You will have less exposed shock shaft at ride height, so the wheels will be able to drop farther during rebound if your shock is the current travel limiter. The spring loads will not change as much for the same amount of birdcage rotation ( the birdcage will lose leverage on the spring). For example, the rr will be softer during compression travel.

So moving the right side up will stiffen the spring ?

No,your taking 'lever'-age out of the rear suspension ,
wheel rates will be softer for the same springs.

Sorry my bad I meant to say drop the shock mount on the birdcage on the rr would give it more leve-age thanks for your advice

How do you know where the correct mounting location would be on bracket? Middle?

Its hard to go wrong with the LR drop @ 6.5" to 7", and the RR drop 6" to 6.5". That will be really close to baseline and then you tune from there depending on track shape, engine and tires you use.
