Bart Hartman Third at Zanesville; Renegades of Dirt Double-Dip Ahead
(ZANESVILLE, OHIO) Bart Hartman and the 2 Brothers Motorsports team invaded the Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio on Friday night, May 18 for a $1,000 to win Open Wheel Modified program. Bart led most of his heat race before finishing in the second spot, which locked him into the main event. The popular driver known as the "Bartman" then had a strong run in the A-Main at his hometown venue, as he finished in the third position behind only winner Aaron Scott and runner-up Rick Aukland. The #75 team has two huge Renegades of Dirt Modified Tour showdowns on their radar over the upcoming Memorial Day holiday weekend. Up first will be the ‘Let It Ride 55’ on Saturday, May 26 at the Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, West Virginia, which boasts a hefty $5,000 top prize. The doubleheader weekend will then wrap up on Sunday, May 27 at the I-77 Raceway Park in Ripley, West Virginia where a $1,500 winner’s check will be on the line.
