WAYCROSS, GA (May 25, 2012) – Officials of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series are pleased to provide race fans and racers with Live Timing and Scoring from events through the series website. Beginning with tonight’s 20th Annual DART Show-Me 100 Presented by ProtectTheHarvest.com, Live Timing and Scoring Presented by Roush Yates Performance will allow fans and racers to view the racing action as it happens, live from the race track. Anyone can view this feature with either a computer or cell phone that has internet service. Lap times, qualifying times, lap-by-lap heat races, B-mains and feature events will now be available at www.lucasdirt.com/live. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and Roush-Yates Performance are offering this service free of charge to anyone wanting to view Live Timing and Scoring during the events. In addition, fans and racers will receive up-to-the-minute race line-ups, posted on the live timing and scoring page.
Series officials have worked diligently to provide this feature for all of our great fans and racers across the globe. These new features will debut during tonight’s 20th Annual DART Show-Me 100 Presented by ProtectTheHarvest.com. Opening ceremonies will get underway with the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard at 7:15PM and racing begins at 7:30PM. There will be practice, two Lucas Oil B-Mains, and hot laps for the heat race transfer cars, leading into the main event. The 20th Annual DART “Show-Me 100” Presented by ProtectTheHarvest.com will crown its champion tonight after the nation’s toughest drivers go head-to-head for 100 laps of heart pounding, high flying action on the “Diamond of the Dirt Tracks” with a $30,000 payday on the line.
