Slow fluid leak coming out of grease zerk on tailshaft? Any ideas?

Pull it out and put on some thread seal of your choice. Let it dry for quite a while.

Sorry should of wrote i already installed new zerk with some thread tape its leaking out of the actual hole on the zerk

have you checked the housing vent to see if it's clear. as the yoke moves in and out it acts like a pump and builds pressure in the tailshaft housing.if it cant vent that pressure out it will go to the next best place in your case the grease zerk.
