North Georgia Speedway

Due to car count, it is in the best intrest of North Georgia Speedway to not open for the rest of this Season. This track is the largest and nicest track in this area and can handle more cars and FANS than any other track has chosen to close the doors for the 2012 season.
The FANS are great at this track but there are not enough cars to keep the doors open. Drivers and crews are what keep a track going as well as fans.
The track has been run by Keith Ellis and his wife and he has spent Tuesday thru Saturday making sure the track was ready and the enough Drivers would not come. The Fans would and he really would like to thank them for there attendance. The Drivers that did come, your attendance is greatly reconginized.
If anyone would like to Open the track please contact Kenny Slayton @ kenny.slayton@yahoo.com
Thanks to all the Fans and Drivers for the fun 5 races so far this Year.
Parking Pads and Fence parking will be taken care of by Keith Elllis. Please call race track number and leave message and Keith will get back in in touch

Thank you to all the people who attended the last 5 races.

I like n ga. But you cant expect all the drivers to show up one night with no previous practice for the last month when there is three other big races within 75 miles on tracks they've been on for the last month. Bad choice of nights to call the rest of the year on. I hate it but that was a hard situation to try to overcome. Planning works better than wishing.

The nicest track around, really? have you been to boyds? NGS is a good race track but has easily one of the worst lighting systems. I hate to see it go but its always open and shut. It just needs some consistancy
