I've searched this forum and haven't found the answer to my exact question. I'm looking for experienced answers here so none from arm chair drivers or bench racers PLEASE.

Running a 3 link b mod and we have to run a solid top link. I'll post my setup below. My Question is: Is it standard practice to run an easy up shock on the left rear when pinning the right front with a tie down? This car is was setup with a RF tie down and a LR tie down also!! That doesn't seem right to me. I really have to finesse the car into the corner so it will set and not push the nose. If I'm not in traffic I can get it to turn and burn but if I'm racing it's tough to get it to turn. Trail braking makes the condition worse.

I bought this car used and have had several people tell me it was a good fast car......but you never know what your going to get. I didn't buy it right off the track so I don't know what parts were robbed or what was changed before I got it. The seller "said" that it was how he ran it.

The lr and rf are working aginst each other defeating the purpose. I run a 3-5 rf and 8-2 lr.

Thanks fellas. The local speed shop had a box stock 3050 on hand. I'll bolt that on this week and see if it makes an improvement. It should!
