who is the best for metric setup help?

i get a lil bit from everyone, then use what you already know and test it at your track, each person & each track has their own ideas and such, but ultimatly you have to make the changes and try them out yourself.
I like bigger springs upfront, some like softer springs up front....there is IMO...there is NO best setup, just go with something you can get close with and work from there. I think everyone on here contributes some good info.
