Hey stockcar, I use the same body on my car but had to cut the center out of my
nosepiece to make everything fit with the stock hood. What did u do to make the
nose work without cutting it down?

i flare the front on the fenders out some and then attach the nose to the tops of the fenders. then i cut a v slit in the top corner of the nose and pull the sides in and trim it.

thats correct its a hood made from a sheet of .040 aluminum. to make one you have to be sure and get a 5ft wide sheet. get a 5 by 10 and you can do 2 hoods easily. took 14lbs off my front end so i think it was worth it.
