Chad Stapleton Races to Victory at Moler Raceway Park
Edinburgh, Indiana (07/06/12) – After recent struggles on the track, Chad was finally able to get things pointed in the right direction on Saturday night by claiming the feature win in his new #32 Total Chaos Motorsports/Barry Wright Race Car at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio).
Moler Raceway Park’s program, which was originally slated for Friday night, was delayed a day by Mother Nature to Saturday night. Nineteen cars were on hand for the event, and after winning his heat race from the third starting spot Chad earned the pole position for the feature with Weasel Rhoades starting alongside him. Stapleton snagged the lead at the drop of the green flag and went on to lead every lap, lapping up to the seventh position, on his way to the victory which came over Rhoades, Kevin Wagner, Dillon Huron, and John Whitney. This weekend, June 6th-7th, Chad will enter a pair of Weekly Racing Series Events as he takes part in events at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) on Friday night and at Lawrenceburg Speedway (Lawrenceburg, Indiana) on Saturday evening.
